This retreat is our invitation for you to recharge your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and find the joy of moving and resting in harmony with nature.
We are Ana & Gaby — yoga teachers and long-time friends.
Our paths first crossed more than a decade ago. Since then, we’ve shared ups and downs, taken different directions, yet always supported each other. Now, yoga has brought our paths together once again.
Though our teaching styles are different, they beautifully complement each other:
Ana: Hatha, restorative, and sound baths — creating space to let go.
Gaby: Vinyasa and breathwork — flows that build strength, mobility, and play.
Together, we bring you a balanced, grounded, and heartfelt experience.
We are truly excited to offer you this special time — a chance to reset, find balance, and reconnect with yourself.
Our countryside venue is a warm and welcoming place to rest and recharge.
Rooms are simple, comfortable, and perfect for slowing down after your practice.
🌿 Shared bunk rooms – 3 rooms, each with 2 bunks (ideal for community and affordability).
🌙 Double/single room – book as a private single or share as a double.
🌸 Triple room – perfect if you’re joining with friends.
