Hi, I’m Gaby — a scientist turned yoga teacher with a big love for making yoga simple, accessible, and stress-relieving.

I found yoga in the middle of my PhD, when my days were packed with experiments, meetings, and endless to-do lists. At first, it was just a way to stretch out sore shoulders. But over time, it became so much more — a way to breathe, reset, and see challenges with a clearer mind.

Since then, I’ve completed two 200-hour teacher trainings and have been teaching since 2021. My classes are friendly, light-hearted, and open to absolutely everyone — especially those navigating the busy, demanding world of academia.
